Zencore Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zencore Discord bot ("Bot") and the Zencore website ("Website"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Bot and Website.

By inviting the Bot to your Discord server or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Bot or Website.

1. Use of the Bot

1.1 Eligibility

To use the Bot, you must be at least 13 years old and meet Discord's minimum age requirements for your region. By using the Bot, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

1.2 Bot Access

Zencore is available in two tiers: Free and Premium. The Free tier is available to all users without charge, while the Premium tier requires a one-time purchase.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot or any part thereof at any time without prior notice.

1.3 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Bot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Bot:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way
• To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any material that violates Discord's Terms of Service
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Zencore, a Zencore employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Bot, or which may harm Zencore or users of the Bot or expose them to liability

2. Premium Licenses

2.1 License Key

Upon purchase of a Premium license, you will receive a unique license key. This key can be activated on one Discord server at a time using the /linkkey command.

2.2 License Transferability

You may transfer your Premium license from one server to another using the /unlinkkey command followed by the /linkkey command on the new server. There is no limit to how many times you can transfer your license.

2.3 License Revocation

We reserve the right to revoke a Premium license without refund if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or used the Bot for any prohibited purpose.

3. Payments and Refunds

3.1 Pricing

The current price for a Premium license is $20 USD. We reserve the right to change the price of Premium licenses at any time, but such changes will not affect licenses already purchased.

3.2 Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Premium license, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting our support team.

Refunds will not be provided after 7 days or if we have determined that you have violated these Terms.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

Our Privacy Policy, available at privacy.html, explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Bot, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

4.1 Server Data

To provide the Bot's functionality, we collect and store certain data about your Discord server, including server ID, channel IDs, role IDs, and configuration settings. This data is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Bot's services.

4.2 User Data

For Premium license management, we collect and store Discord user IDs associated with Premium licenses. We do not share this information with third parties except as necessary to provide the Bot's services or as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

The Bot, Website, and all content, features, and functionality thereof (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Zencore or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Bot and Website for their intended purposes in accordance with these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL ZENCORE, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE BOT OR WEBSITE, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zencore, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Bot.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the Bot after the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
