You can change the bot's prefix by using the command !prefix [new prefix]. For example, !prefix ? would change the prefix to ?.

To set up welcome messages:

1. Use !welcome channel #channel to set the welcome channel
2. Use !welcome message [your message] to set the welcome message

You can use placeholders like {user} to mention the new member, {server} for the server name, and {count} for the member count.

Auto-moderation can be configured using the following commands:

• !automod setup - Run the auto-mod setup wizard
• !automod filter [type] [action] - Configure specific filters
• !automod logs #channel - Set the channel for auto-mod logs

Advanced auto-moderation features are available with premium.

No, each license is tied to a single Discord server. You'll need to purchase a separate license for each server where you want premium features.

When your subscription expires, premium features will be disabled on your server. Your configurations will be saved for 30 days, so if you renew within that period, all your settings will be restored.

If the bot is not responding to commands, try these steps:

• Verify that the bot is online in your server member list
• Check that you're using the correct prefix (default is !)
• Ensure the bot has proper permissions in the channel
• Make sure the command syntax is correct
• Check our status page to see if there are any ongoing issues

If music commands aren't working, try these troubleshooting steps:

• Make sure you're in a voice channel when using music commands
• Check that the bot has permissions to join and speak in voice channels
• Verify that the link or song name is valid and accessible
• Try disconnecting and reconnecting to the voice channel
• Check if the song or playlist is region-restricted

If your license key isn't working, please try the following:

• Double-check that you're entering the correct license key
• Make sure you're using the correct format: !activate YOUR-LICENSE-KEY
• Verify that the license isn't already being used on another server
• Ensure your license hasn't expired (for monthly subscriptions)
